Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Full-Time Mechanic to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a variety of equipment and machinery to ensure optimal operational performance. Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment
- Diagnose faults using schematics and technical manuals
- Repair or replace faulty components using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and assembly techniques
- Interpret technical drawings and schematics to facilitate accurate repairs
- Perform heavy lifting when required to move or install equipment parts
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs
- Assist in assembling new equipment or machinery as needed
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing technical issues promptly and professionally
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret schematics and technical diagrams
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and assembly techniques
- Experience in equipment repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently
