Manufacturing Technicians – Caravan Manufacturing
Team Swift is recruiting Manufacturing Technicians to join our production teams across a range of departments, including Machine Shop, Bonding Line, Edge-banding, Jig Shop, and CNC.
You will be involved in the manufacture of components used in the caravan build process, working to standardised procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced, modern manufacturing environment.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Manufacturing components in line with work instructions and production targets
Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
Operating manufacturing equipment and machinery
Carrying out quality checks to ensure high standards are met
Working as part of a team to support efficient production
Following health and safety procedures at all times
Previous manufacturing or production experience (desirable, not essential)
Ability to use hand and power tools
Good attention to detail and quality awareness
A positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
Willingness to learn and work across different production areas
