On Road Lead Delivery Driver for Amazon

**MANAGEMENT & AMAZON DELIVERY EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL**
- Regular Vehicle Inspections to ensure all pass Amazon Visual Site inspection
- Own transport to yard essential
- You will be responsible to DCR2 On-Site Manager
- PLEASE NOTE: you will be on a delivery route for this job initially
- Oversee and coordinate the daily activities of the Amazon Fleet of vehicles
- Assign Vehicles and devices to drivers
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers daily
- Train new drivers on company policies and delivery procedures
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for drivers
- - Maintain accurate daily records of vehicle damage along with servicing/repairSkills:
- - Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with drivers and customers
- - Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed for loading and unloading goods
- - Amazon delivery driving experience (Essential)
- - Management experience essential
- - Familiarity with Amazon warehouse operations and inventory management
- - Proven experience as a delivery driver for Amazon (preferably in a Lead Driver role) or van driverAs a Lead Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our delivery services. You will be responsible for overseeing the driver team, assigning vehicles, and ensuring timely deliveries, provide support when required. Your excellent communication skills will be essential in coordinating with drivers and addressing any customer concerns. Additionally, your ability to perform heavy lifting and your commercial driving experience will contribute to the efficient transportation of goods.
