Days required will be Thursday - Saturday weekly.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert hair styling services including cuts, color, styling, and special treatments tailored to each client’s preferences.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by listening carefully to clients’ needs and offering personalized recommendations.
- Manage front desk duties including appointment scheduling, client check-in/out, and maintaining a welcoming environment.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing techniques and best practices to foster a collaborative learning environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, tools, and salon areas in compliance with health standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a hair stylist with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse styles and techniques.
- Knowledge of barbering techniques is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging clients effectively and building lasting relationships.
- Experience in store management or supervisory roles is a plus for those interested in leadership opportunities.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
