At Evri, we don’t just deliver parcels, we deliver possibility. As a Senior Planner, you’ll sit at the heart of our operation, shaping the strategy that keeps our network moving seamlessly. This is your chance to lead, influence, and make a real impact across an entire division.
You’ll work alongside senior leaders and central planning teams to design and deliver smart, scalable planning strategies. From forecasting parcel volumes to ensuring courier coverage during peak seasons, you’ll turn insight into action. Leading a team of planners, you’ll create robust, forward-thinking plans that keep our service efficient, agile, and ready for anything.

Responsibilities as a Senior Planner,
- Lead and develop a team of planners to deliver a robust divisional planning strategy
- Build and maintain comprehensive coverage plans for weekends, holidays, and peak periods
- Analyse data and trends to forecast parcel volumes and resource requirements
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, recruitment, and central planning teams
- Optimise courier coverage and routes to improve efficiency and service quality
- Design contingency plans to manage unexpected volume fluctuations

- Proven experience managing and coaching teams (including remote leadership)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Experience in workforce planning, resource management, or similar environments
- Confidence working with stakeholders and influencing at a senior level
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Full UK Driving Licence (planning qualification desirable but not essential)
