Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces using commercial cleaning equipment and supplies
- Ensure all surfaces, floors, bathrooms, and common areas meet cleanliness standards by following established procedures
- Restock supplies such as towels, toiletries, and cleaning materials to ensure availability for guests and staff
- Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and safety compliance
- Follow health and safety regulations consistently to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others
- Maintain detailed records of cleaning tasks completed during each shift to ensure accountability and quality control
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled or requested by management
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles with a strong understanding of cleaning techniques and safety protocols
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality standards
- Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Strong communication skills to follow instructions clearly and report issues accurately
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities or additional duties as needed
