School Cleaners, part-time, afternoons - Term Time plus 4 weeks.
4:00pm to 7:00pm, Monday to Friday
We are seeking a friendly team player who can work to the highest standards as set by the Cleaning Team Leader.
Cleaning tasks include hoovering and sweeping; washing floors; cleaning classrooms/corridors/ toilets and various other rooms; dusting; polishing and using cleaning machinery, for which training will be given.
Duties include:
- Cleaning public toilets, classrooms, study areas, offices, sports facilities, school entrances and various other rooms.
· Sweeping, washing floors and dusting.
· Flushing taps and showers to the required frequency for legionella control.
· Use of various cleaning machinery in accordance with the training provided.
· Reporting broken equipment, faults, potential fire hazards and health & safety concerns to the Senior Cleaner / Estates manager.
· Recording of duties in public toilets, verifying that key tasks have been performed and stocks replenished by an agreed given time each working day.
