Fairmont Spa & Wellness is seeking passionate, professional, and guest-focused Spa Therapists to join our award-winning Spa & Wellness team at Fairmont St Andrews.

What You Will Be Doing
As a Spa Therapist at Fairmont St Andrews, you will play an integral role in creating exceptional wellness experiences for our guests, by delivering personalised and results-driven, luxury treatment experiences.

Deliver exceptional spa treatment experiences in line with Fairmont Spa & Wellness brand standards, treatment protocols and luxury service expectations.

Create warm, welcoming and memorable guest experiences through genuine hospitality, expert knowledge and exceptional attention to detail.

Confidently recommend personalised retail products, homecare recommendations and treatment plans to enhance treatment results and support long-term guest wellbeing.

Identify opportunities to elevate the guest experience through treatment enhancements, upgrades and personalised recommendations.

Build meaningful relationships with guests, encouraging loyalty, repeat visits and long-term engagement with the Spa & Wellness offering.

Work collaboratively with Spa Reception, Fitness & Wellbeing and wider Resort colleagues to deliver a seamless luxury guest experience.

Maintain exceptional standards of treatment room presentation, cleanliness, hygiene and operational excellence at all times.

Participate in ongoing training, brand education and professional development opportunities, continuously enhancing your skills and expertise.

Undertake additional duties as required to support the operational needs of the Spa & Wellness department and ensure we continue to deliver exceptional experiences whilst Making Special Happen every day.

Qualifications
A little about you
-
Recognised professional Spa Therapist qualification (HNC/HND, Level 3, ITEC, VTCT, CIBTAC, CIDESCO or equivalent essential)

Passion for delivering exceptional treatment experiences and luxury guest care

Naturally warm, engaging and confident communication skills with a strong service mindset.
