Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced and reliable residential Maintenance Technician to join our in-house CPM (Cullen Property Maintenance) team for an immediate start.

The Role
Working across a varied residential property portfolio throughout Edinburgh, you will carry out a wide range of maintenance tasks including:
- Reactive maintenance repairs
- General joinery and building fabric repairs
- Basic plumbing repairs and fault finding
- Lock repairs and replacements
- Flooring repairs and installations
- Decoration works
- Fire safety compliance works
- HMO maintenance and compliance tasks
- Minor electrical works such as replacing sockets, switches, lights and showers
- Damp and mould related repairs
- Fault diagnosis
- Recording job details, photographs and materials used through our mobile job management system
You will work both independently and alongside other technicians, delivering high standards of workmanship and excellent customer service.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Previous maintenance, facilities, handyman or property maintenance experience
- Strong practical skills across a variety of trades
- Good fault-finding and problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Basic IT skills
- Strong awareness of health and safety
- PAT Testing experience
- Reliable, hardworking and professional approach
Desirable:
- Experience within residential property maintenance
- Joinery, plumbing or electrical experience
- Experience using mobile job management software such as BigChange
- Knowledge of Scottish HMO standards
