We are looking for a friendly and reliable Front of House Assistant to join our team at Papapoké.
This role combines bowl preparation with customer service, so it’s ideal for someone confident, positive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assembling poke bowls according to set recipes and standards
- Serving customers and taking orders in-store
- Providing friendly, confident customer service
- Keeping the front area clean and organised
- Supporting the team during busy periods
What we’re looking for
- Confident spoken English (essential)
- Comfortable communicating with customers face-to-face
- Positive attitude and good energy
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Reliability and good timekeeping
- Right to work in the UK (we are unable to offer visa sponsorship)
Nice to have
- Previous experience in hospitality, food service or retail
- Living locally or being able to commute easily
- Availability on weekdays and weekends
