Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a flair for customer service and a love for coffee and food preparation. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, ensuring food safety, and providing an exceptional experience for our customers.
Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
- Ensure all food safety standards are met during food preparation and serving.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workspace, including equipment and utensils.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently while providing excellent service.
- Handle cash transactions with basic math skills to ensure accurate billing.
- Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods.
- Assist in the training of new staff members as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is preferred but not mandatory; a willingness to learn is essential.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable.
- Strong serving skills with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing orders.
- Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Working hours between 8am - 7pm Monday to Sunday
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £8.00-£12.71 per hour
