Machine Shop Operative
Pemberton Park and Leisure Homes Ltd is a highly respected manufacturer of quality static caravans, with over 80 years of experience in the industry.
We are currently seeking an experienced Machine Shop Operative to join our team.
About the Role
The successful candidate will work within our machine shop, producing high-quality components for our static caravan manufacturing process. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who takes pride in their work and has a keen eye for detail.
What We're Looking For
- Experience operating woodworking machinery.
- A hands-on, practical approach to work.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Previous experience within the kit furniture, bedroom furniture, or similar manufacturing industries would be advantageous.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Training
While experience is preferred, full training will be provided for the right candidate who demonstrates enthusiasm, reliability, and a willingness to develop new skills.

BENEFITS:
- Salary £12.71 per hour for 21 years and over, and for the right candidate, progression is possible
- 19 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
- Working Hours: 7am - 5pm, Monday to Thursday but some occasional overtime may be required
- A quarterly and annual bonus after qualifying period, provided full attendance is attained
