We are recruiting compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Support Workers to join a brand-new support team delivering a 2:1 support package for a gentleman living in Central Aberdeen.
This rewarding role involves supporting an individual with an acquired brain injury who is non-verbal and may present with behaviours of concern. We are looking for individuals who are committed to providing high-quality, person-centred support and who can build positive, trusting relationships while promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing.

What We're Looking For

- Confidence in supporting individuals with complex needs
- Experience supporting people with acquired brain injuries, complex needs, or behaviours of concern would be advantageous but is not essential

Due to the shift pattern and minimum hours required for this support package, this opportunity is not suitable for candidates with visa restrictions on working hours.
