Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Part-time Housekeeper to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests and residents. We have 14 Hotel Rooms, and a busy / lively pub and grounds to maintain. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will ensure that every space is spotless, organised, and inviting. This position offers flexible hours perfect for individuals looking to contribute to a positive living or working environment while balancing other commitments.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common spaces
- Ensure all surfaces are sanitised, dusted, vacuumed, mopped, and properly maintained according to established standards
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, and linens as needed
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate personnel promptly
- Follow safety procedures and use cleaning equipment responsibly to prevent accidents or injuries
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing residents’ or guests’ requests courteously and efficiently
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning, or hotel housekeeping preferred
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organisation
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe handling practices
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards

Hours are 10am -3pm. Ideally Thursday, Friday, but other days can be discussed.
Definitely 10am -3pm, Saturday and Sunday.

Available on an Employed or Self Employed Basis, whichever is preferred.
Pay: £12.71-£13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10.0 – 20.0 per week
