Shifts Time
Package 1: Monday/Thursday/Friday 07:00-17:00 and Wednesday 07:00-22:00 – Driver
Package 2: Monday – Friday 09:00-16:00, Saturday 09:00-13:00 – can be a non-driver if you can reach location.

The role
- Provide personalised 1:1 or 2:1 support (depending on package)
- Support with service users who have CP, epilepsy and Spina Bifida. You will need to do clinical elements of care, which you will be upskilled and trained in, personal care, daily activities, and accessing the community.
- Confident with manual handling tasks including wheelchair use and hoisting
- Build meaningful relationships while developing professional care skills
