We’re looking to add another technician to the team as the business continues to grow.
This role is open to different experience levels, but you must be a qualified technician. Whether you’re confident with routine servicing and repairs and want to develop further, or already working at a high diagnostic level, we’re more interested in your attitude and how you approach the job.
Salary is flexible and dependent on experience and ability.
We’re a small team, and how we work matters.
The Role
We don’t just want jobs done — we want them done properly, consistently, and to a high standard.
A big part of the role is being able to follow a structured process, take on information, and work in a way that ensures every vehicle is handled the same way, every time.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Routine servicing and general repairs
- Fault finding and diagnostics (depending on experience)
- Carrying out work to a consistent, high standard
- Accurately carrying out vehicle inspections and clearly communicating findings with Front of House
- Taking responsibility for the quality of your work
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is a qualified vehicle technician
- Takes pride in doing things properly, not just quickly
- Can follow a process and work in a consistent way
- Has a logical, structured approach to fault diagnosis and repair
- Is willing to learn and take on new information
- Has high standards and attention to detail
- Is reliable and works well as part of a small team
Experience level is flexible:
- You might be confident with routine servicing and repairs and looking to progress
- You might already be experienced in diagnostics
- Or somewhere in between
The key thing is attitude — being willing to improve, learn, and work to a high standard.
