Luxury Verandas is a specialist UK company providing bespoke aluminium verandas, pergolas and outdoor-living solutions for residential and commercial customers.
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing strategy and support the continued growth of the business.
This is a commercially focused marketing management position with responsibility for developing marketing strategies, generating qualified leads, increasing website enquiries and sales, strengthening brand awareness and identifying new market opportunities.
The Role
As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, managing and evaluating the company's marketing activities across digital and traditional channels.
You will work closely with senior management, sales teams, website developers, designers and external agencies to ensure marketing activity delivers measurable commercial results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the company's annual marketing strategy.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns across SEO, PPC, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta and other relevant channels.
- Develop lead-generation campaigns to increase enquiries, quotations and sales.
- Manage and optimise the company's website and e-commerce customer journey.
- Develop marketing campaigns for our bespoke veranda, pergola and outdoor-living products.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activity.
- Analyse customer behaviour, sales data and marketing performance to identify commercial opportunities.
- Manage the annual marketing budget and measure ROI and ROAS.
- Develop strategies to improve customer acquisition, retention and repeat business.
- Manage relationships with marketing agencies, website developers, designers and digital suppliers.
- Produce monthly marketing performance reports for senior management.
- Establish and monitor marketing KPIs.
- Identify new markets, customer segments and opportunities for business expansion.
- Work with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Oversee website content, SEO, usability and conversion optimisation.
- Coordinate website improvements and digital marketing projects.
- Ensure consistent Luxury Verandas branding across all marketing channels.
Website & Digital Responsibilities
The role includes responsibility for the marketing and commercial performance of the company's website.
You will work with developers and digital suppliers to:
- Improve website usability and customer journeys.
- Increase quotation and enquiry conversion rates.
- Improve product presentation and online customer experience.
- Monitor Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console and Google Tag Manager.
- Support technical SEO and website performance improvements.
- Coordinate new website features and marketing integrations.
- Monitor website performance and Core Web Vitals.
- Ensure website developments support commercial marketing objectives.
You do not need to be a software developer; however, a good understanding of websites, e-commerce platforms, SEO and digital technology is required.
About You
We are looking for a commercially minded Marketing Manager who can combine strategic marketing planning with hands-on digital marketing management.
You should have experience in:
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies.
- Managing SEO, PPC and paid advertising campaigns.
- Generating qualified sales leads.
- Managing website and e-commerce marketing.
- Market and competitor research.
- Marketing analytics and performance reporting.
- Managing marketing budgets and measuring ROI.
- Working with agencies, developers and external suppliers.
- CRM and marketing automation.
- Using data to improve customer acquisition and conversion.
Experience within e-commerce, home improvement, construction, property, outdoor living, luxury consumer products or a similar product-led business would be advantageous.

Qualifications
Essential:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Business Management, Computer Science, Computer Science and Technology or a related subject; or equivalent relevant professional experience.
Desirable:
- CIM qualification.
- Google Ads certification.
- Google Analytics certification.
- Meta Blueprint certification.
- PRINCE2, AgilePM or Scrum qualification.
