Overview
Goldstar are seeking one reliable cleaner to maintain porta cabins on site at ARI.
This role involves maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards for both welfare units and office sapce.
Shift hours
Monday to Friday 8- 4pm.
Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitising surfaces in commercial settings
- Clean and disinfect restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas to meet health and safety standards
- Empty bins, replace liners, and ensure waste is disposed of appropriately
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting any issues or shortages promptly
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times to minimise risks
- Ensure all areas are kept tidy and presentable throughout the shift
- Adhere to company policies regarding cleaning protocols and confidentiality
Qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is preferred
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good organisational skills and reliability
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties which may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- A positive attitude and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment
