Your role will be vital in providing an exceptional experience for our guests. *Duties* - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. - Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order. - Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and offering recommendations. - Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods. - Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations to maintain a safe environment for both staff and customers. - Handle cash transactions accurately, including basic maths for processing payments and giving change. - Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during service hours. - Stay updated on drink menus, specials, and promotions to enhance guest experience. *Requirements* - Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred but not essential. - Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment. - Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact positively with customers and colleagues alike. - A passion for providing outstanding service in a restaurant setting. - Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately. - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
