Job Type: Part-time | Term-time only | Before and After School hours
Pay: £12.71 – £13.50 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)

About the Role
We’re looking for a fun, enthusiastic and dynamic Playworker to join our small, welcoming team at Hinckley Parks settings. You’ll help provide enriching play opportunities that support creativity, confidence and happiness for children aged 4–11 years.
Typical working hours:
- Before School: 7:30am – 9:00am
- After School: 3:00pm – 6:00pm
(Term-time only)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support creative, physical and imaginative play activities
- Create a safe, caring and inclusive environment for all children
- Build positive relationships with children, parents and school staff
- Help with snack preparation, setting up and tidying play areas
- Promote teamwork, inclusion and positive behaviour
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Energetic, caring and great with children
- A team player with good communication skills
- Confident in creating a fun, safe and supportive environment
A Level 2+ qualification in Playwork, Childcare or Early Years is desirable but not essential — we value personality, passion and positivity most of all!
