Duties
- Manage incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and clear communication.
- Assist with data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and timely updates in our systems.
- Organise and maintain files, documents, and office supplies to promote a tidy and efficient workspace.
- Support scheduling appointments, meetings, and calendar management for team members.
- Enter financial data using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to support bookkeeping activities.
- Perform clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, mailing, and other administrative support as needed.
Experience
- Prior office experience or administrative experience is preferred but not essential; we welcome motivated learners eager to grow their skills.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets).
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a busy environment.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy for data entry and document preparation.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided if necessary.
- Familiarity with clerical procedures such as filing systems, record keeping, and office equipment operation.
- Ability to demonstrate professional phone etiquette while managing multiple lines or inquiries efficiently.
