We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Band 5 Physiotherapist to join our busy and expanding Mental Health Physiotherapy Service based in the King's wood center within the mental health service. This is a fixed-term, 12-months contract working 37.5 hours per week, with flexible working arrangements available.
You will be part of a friendly and supportive multidisciplinary team committed to improving access to, and the quality of, care for people with mental health conditions across both inpatient and community settings.
The successful candidate will deliver and coordinate physiotherapy assessments and treatments for patients with mental health needs, working closely with other healthcare professionals. You will receive regular professional and managerial supervision, alongside opportunities to develop specialist skills in mental health physiotherapy.

Work as a Band 5 Physiotherapist within the Mental Health Physiotherapy team in EPUT MH Services , providing care in both uni-professional and multi-professional team environments.
Deliver specialist physiotherapy assessment, treatment, and management for individuals with mental health conditions, ensuring care is evidence-based and patient-centered.
Collaborate closely with members of the multidisciplinary team to plan, deliver, and evaluate patient care.
Participate as an active member of the integrated therapy team, contributing to shared goals and service development.
Receive regular professional and managerial supervision, with ongoing support to develop skills within this specialist area of practice.
Travel to various Trust sites and community settings as required to deliver physiotherapy services.

The post holder will be required to have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Physiotherapy, and will be required to have completed placements in all core clinical areas during training. Additionally the post holder will need to be able to demonstrate basic computer literacy. The post holder will be required to undertake in-house in-service training. The post holder will be a current UK driving license holder, and will be required to use their own vehicle during their work commitments for which expenses will be reimbursed in line with trust policy.
