Repoint Brickwork & Landscaping Ltd is a Stafford-based landscaping and outdoor building company. We install block paved, resin, tarmac and gravel driveways, Indian stone and porcelain patios, garden walls and full garden transformations — turf, artificial grass, sleepers and planting.
We're rated excellent by homeowners across the region, fully insured, and we back our work with a workmanship guarantee. We take preparation and drainage seriously, and we leave every site tidy. We're growing steadily and want people who work to the same standard.
The role
You'll be working as part of a small crew on domestic and commercial projects across Staffordshire, Cheshire and the West Midlands. Day to day that could mean:
- Excavation, muck away, sub-base preparation and compacting
- Laying block paving, Indian sandstone, porcelain and slabs
- Kerb edging, paths and steps
- Turfing, artificial grass installation, sleepers, fencing and planting
- Assisting with brickwork, garden walls and repointing
- Safe use of plant and power tools (whackers, diggers, cut-off saws, dumpers)
- Keeping the site clean, safe and presentable — we work in people's gardens and it matters
What we're looking for
- Previous landscaping, groundworks or paving experience
- Pride in the finish — straight lines, tight joints, proper falls
- Reliable and on site on time, every day
- Physically fit and happy working outdoors year-round
- Good attitude with customers and the rest of the team
- Full UK driving licence (preferred — you'll often be travelling to sites)
Desirable but not essential
- CSCS card
- Plant tickets (dumper, excavator, telehandler)
- Own transport and basic hand tools
