Duties
- Deliver comprehensive patient care by assessing needs, developing care plans, and implementing treatments with precision and compassion
- Administer medications accurately according to physician orders and established protocols
- Monitor patient vital signs, observe symptoms, and document changes to ensure timely interventions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans and optimize patient outcomes
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment options, and post-discharge care instructions
- Maintain detailed and accurate medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations
- Respond promptly to emergencies or changes in patient condition, providing critical support as needed
Qualifications
- Valid pin as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the relevant jurisdiction
- Experience preferred in patient care within a clinical or hospital setting
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology to inform effective nursing practices
- Proficiency in medication administration, including IV therapy and other delivery methods
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond swiftly to urgent situations
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to healthcare standards
Pay: £16.20-£25.00 per hour
