We are looking for a Human Resources Generalist (m/f/d) who can take ownership of a broad range of HR responsibilities while supporting employees and managers throughout the entire employee lifecycle. You won't simply be handling HR administration—you will play a key role in creating positive employee experiences, supporting business objectives, and helping shape a productive and inclusive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities
Employee Relations: Support managers and employees by providing guidance on HR policies, workplace procedures, and employee relations matters.
Recruitment Support: Coordinate recruitment activities including job postings, interview scheduling, onboarding, and new hire documentation.
HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, contracts, and confidential personnel files while ensuring compliance with UK employment legislation.
Onboarding & Offboarding: Deliver a smooth onboarding experience for new employees and manage professional offboarding processes.
Policy & Compliance: Assist with implementing HR policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with employment law and internal company standards.
Performance Support: Coordinate performance review processes and support managers with employee development initiatives.
Employee Engagement: Help organize employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, recognition programs, and company events that strengthen workplace culture.
HR Reporting: Prepare HR reports, monitor key people metrics, and support HR projects that improve operational efficiency.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: Previous experience as a Human Resources Generalist, HR Advisor, HR Officer, or in a similar HR position with broad generalist responsibilities.
HR Knowledge: Strong understanding of UK employment legislation, HR best practices, employee relations, recruitment, and HR administration.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to build positive relationships across all levels of the organization.
Organisation: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
Technology: Comfortable using HR information systems, Microsoft Office applications, and digital HR tools.
Mindset: A proactive, approachable, and solution-focused professional who enjoys supporting people, improving processes, and contributing to a positive workplace culture.
Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
