Lyric Dance School is one of London’s leading Ballet and Performing Arts schools, with thriving branches in Wood Green, Stratford, Newham, and Kingston upon Thames. We specialise in teaching children aged 2–12 years, combining high-quality training with a nurturing and fun atmosphere.
We’re looking for a passionate and dedicated Ballet Teacher to join our friendly team at our Wood Green branch. This is a wonderful opportunity for an experienced teacher who loves working with young dancers and wants to inspire the next generation of ballerinas.

What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience teaching ballet to toddlers, pre-primary, and primary-aged children
- Commitment to a full school term
- A valid, cleared DBS check
Desirable (but not essential):
- Experience preparing students for IDTA or other ballet examinations
- Experience choreographing children’s dances for stage shows
- A First Aid certificate
