Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards.
- Take orders from customers accurately and efficiently, ensuring prompt service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and bar equipment.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and balance tills at the end of shifts.
- Engage with guests in a friendly manner, creating a positive atmosphere.
- Restock bar supplies as needed and assist with inventory management.
- Follow responsible serving policies to promote guest safety.
Experience
- Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
- Knowledge of food safety standards is advantageous.
- Proven ability to serve drinks confidently and professionally.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong time management skills to ensure timely service during busy periods.
- Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately.

Pay: £12.21-£15.00 per hour
