As the business continues to grow, we are looking for an organised, reliable and proactive person to join our team and work closely with the Director.
This is a varied role covering both administration and day-to-day business support, so we're looking for someone who is happy to get involved, take responsibility and use their own initiative.

You will work closely with the Director to help keep the day-to-day running of the business organised and efficient.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing day-to-day administrative and organisational support to the Director
- Managing emails, phone calls and general enquiries
- Organising appointments, meetings and site visits
- Maintaining company records, documents and filing systems
- Updating spreadsheets and keeping information accurate and up to date
- Assisting with bookkeeping and general financial administration
- Raising invoices and keeping track of payments
- Recording expenses, receipts and supplier invoices
- Liaising with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and trades
- Assisting with quotations, estimates and job paperwork
- Helping organise materials, deliveries and site requirements
- Keeping track of ongoing jobs and assisting with project administration
- Following up outstanding tasks, information and paperwork
- Assisting with general office duties and the smooth running of the business
- Taking on additional responsibilities as you become familiar with the company and the role
The role will develop over time, and there will be opportunities for the successful candidate to take on more responsibility as the business grows.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- Organised, reliable and able to manage several tasks at once
- Confident using computers, email and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Comfortable working with figures and financial information
- Professional and confident when dealing with clients and suppliers
- Able to work independently and use their own initiative
- A good communicator with a practical, can-do attitude
- Detail-oriented and able to keep on top of paperwork and deadlines
- Trustworthy and comfortable handling confidential business information
- Flexible and willing to help wherever needed
Previous experience in administration, bookkeeping, construction or property would be an advantage, but it is not essential. We are more interested in finding the right person with a good attitude who is willing to learn and develop with the business.
