Process employee lifecycle changes accurately, including contractual amendments and payroll-related updates.
-
Collaborate closely with our Payroll team to ensure a seamless colleague experience.

-
Draft HR documentation and provide administrative support for employee relations activities.
-
Conduct exit interviews and identify valuable insights that help shape our colleague experience.
-
Support our Work Experience programmes, helping to inspire the next generation of talent.
-
Contribute to exciting people projects, engagement initiatives, and continuous improvement activities.
-
Maintain accurate colleague records while ensuring compliance with GDPR and data protection requirements.
-
Help celebrate colleague achievements through our long-service recognition programmes.

You'll bring:

Outstanding communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships quickly.
-
A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine desire to support others.
-
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.

The ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
-
Confidence using Microsoft Office and Google, particularly Excel and Word.
