Level 2 Baby & Pre-School Swim Teacher
Happy Tiddlers Swim School – Bedfordshire
4 hours per week | Sunday afternoons | Term time only
We’re looking for a Level 2 Baby & Pre-School Swim Teacher to join our friendly and enthusiastic team at Happy Tiddlers Swim School.
This role is ideal for someone who loves working with babies, toddlers and pre-school children and enjoys creating fun, positive and confidence-building swimming experiences.
The Role
- Teaching baby, toddler and pre-school swimming lessons
- Working 4 hours every Sunday afternoon
- Term time only
- Delivering fun, engaging and age-appropriate lessons
- Helping little swimmers develop water confidence, skills and independence
- Supporting parents and carers throughout lessons
- Following our programme and maintaining high standards of safety and safeguarding
- Full training and support will be provided
About You
You must:
- Hold a recognised Level 2 Baby & Pre-School Swim Teacher qualification
- Hold current safeguarding training
- Hold a recognised Water Safety Award, such as STA, NARASTC or an equivalent qualification
- Have experience teaching babies and pre-school children (although training will be provided)
- Be confident, friendly and enthusiastic
- Have a fun and encouraging teaching style
- Be reliable and professional
- Understand the importance of safeguarding and water safety
- Enjoy being part of a friendly team

Hours: 4 hours per week
Day: Sunday afternoons
Contract: Term time only
Start date: Sunday 13th September2026

Recruitment Process
Initial telephone interviews will be held, followed by an in-person interview during the week commencing 31st August.
