Duties

- Assist with transportation needs by driving children to school, appointments, or activities safely and responsibly
- Monitor and record progress, behavior, and milestones to ensure ongoing development and well-being
- Collaborate with colleagues, families, and external professionals to ensure comprehensive support for each child
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards
Requirements
- Previous experience working with children in a care or support setting is highly desirable
- Valid driving license with clean driving record; ability to drive children safely is essential
- Knowledge of childcare practices, child development, and care planning processes
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, families, and team members
- Proficiency in using IT systems for record-keeping, reporting, and communication purposes
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond effectively in emergency situations
