Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial areas, including floors, restrooms, offices, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies.
- Ensure all surfaces are sanitized and maintained to high standards of hygiene.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste responsibly.
- Restock cleaning supplies, paper products, and other materials as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents or injuries.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to the supervisor promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized storage area for cleaning equipment and supplies.
Qualifications
- Prior janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Ability to work efficiently independently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic with reliability and punctuality.
- Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move around for extended periods.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
- Knowledge of basic cleaning chemicals and safety procedures is a plus but not mandatory.
