We are currently looking for a Clothing Assistant to join our highly motivated team at Harley Davidson. As one of the UK's most successful premium motorcycle dealerships this is a great opportunity to work alongside some of the finest motorcycles and engage with like-minded bikers.
Working in a team environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers both in store and online, as well as providing assistance to other departments as required.
Main duties:
- Ensure excellent service is delivered to all customers.
- Greet showroom visitors in a positive and professional manner.
- Manage customer enquires swiftly, courteously and efficiently.
- Take a proactive approach in keeping the showroom replenished with stock, and maintaining clothing displays.
- Increase clothing and accessory sales by identifying customer needs and selecting appropriate items to up-sell.
- Accurately identify, locate and size clothing for customers, by means of acquired knowledge, suppliers’ catalogues and computer stock lists.
- Support e-commerce operations, including processing online orders and managing stock for digital sales.
- Assist with promotions, events, and marketing initiatives in-store and at outside events.
Who we are looking for:
- Excellent communication via face-to-face interaction, across digital platforms and on the telephone - Essential
- Experience in, or passion for, the motorcycle industry – Highly Desirable
- Desire and passion to deliver the very highest standard of customer experience at all times - Essential
- Willing and able to safely lift, move, and store boxes of weighted stock items as part of the role – Essential
- Ability to stay focused for completion of tasks and activities - Essential
- Computer literate - Essential
Days and hours of work: 09:00 - 18:00 Mon, Tue, Thur, Fri and 09:00 - 17:00 Sat
Salary: £27,428.18 (or the statutory NMW for under 21s)
