Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (female) to join our team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality care, coordinate plans, and support residents. Duties
- Assess resident's conditions and develop tailored care plans in collaboration with the wider team
- Administer medications and treatments accurately according to prescribed protocols
- Monitor progress and adjust care strategies as necessary
- Provide emotional support to residents regarding health conditions and treatments
- Lead and supervise junior staff, fostering a collaborative team environment
- Document all resident interactions, treatments, and observations meticulously in accordance with legal requirements
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the clinical setting
- Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care
Qualifications
- Valid registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC) or equivalent professional body. Newly qualified nurses are encouraged to apply
- Experience in a clinical healthcare setting, demonstrating strong nursing skills
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide team members
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate clear information exchange and compassion
- Proficient in developing care plans tailored to individual needs
- Strong organisational skills with effective time management to prioritise tasks efficiently
- Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a compassionate approach to care
- Commitment to continuous professional development and adherence to ethical standards

Pay: £16.40-£19.97 per hour
