Registered Children’s Home Manager

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead from the Front: Manage the daily operations of the home, ensuring it meets and exceeds all Children’s Homes Regulations and Ofsted Quality Standards.
- Support & De-escalate: Design and implement robust, therapeutic care plans tailored to young people with EBD and high-level challenging behaviours.
- Build a Strong Team: Recruit, mentor, and retain a resilient team of Support Workers, fostering a culture of mutual respect and high morale.
- Safeguarding First: Act as the ultimate line of defense for the children in your care, maintaining ironclad safeguarding protocols.
- Stakeholder Management: Maintain excellent working relationships with local authorities, social workers, independent regulators, and families.
What We Need From You
- The Credentials: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
- The Track Record: Proven experience as a Registered Manager or a highly experienced Deputy Manager within an EBD children’s home.
Pay: £55,000.00-£66,000.00 per year
