Shift Patterns
Various shift patterns are available, including:
- 7:00am – 3:00pm - Community based
- 4:00pm – 10:00pm - Community based
- 8:30am - 4:30pm - Package available (Monday - Friday)
- Other packages available
- Bank Staff (As and when required)
Weekend availability is required.

Elite Care Solutions Limited is a registered domiciliary care provider based in Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire. Due to continued growth and the expansion of our services, we are currently recruiting compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our friendly and professional team.

About the Role
As a Support Worker, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care and support to individuals within their own homes and the local community, helping them to maintain independence, dignity, and wellbeing.
Duties will include:
- Supporting with personal care and daily living tasks
- Assisting with medication administration or prompting
- Supporting with nutrition, hydration, and meal preparation
- Providing emotional support and companionship
- Encouraging independence and community engagement
- Assisting individuals to attend appointments and activities
- Supporting individuals with mental health needs and/or learning disabilities
- Maintaining accurate care records and following care plans
Some roles will involve travelling within the community and driving Service Users’ vehicles; therefore, applicants must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a reliable vehicle.

Experience is preferred but not essential, as full training and ongoing support will be provided.

Successful applicants will be subject to an Enhanced DBS check, including the Barred Lists, and satisfactory references.
