What will you be doing?
The Regulation and Compliance Executive will provide support to the Compliance Team and will contribute to the quality assurance and improvements across the organisation. Review processes relating to the validity of regulated qualifications and end-point assessment. Coordinate activities that support regulator audits.
What will you bring to the role?
- Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
- Experience using administration systems and working with databases
- Proven ability to work to deadlines and manage competing priorities
- Excellent written communication, with the ability to produce clear, concise, and accurate documentation
- Confident and professional oral communication skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage large volumes of work
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships
- Ability to work independently and prioritise workload
- Effective problem‑solving skills
- Sensitivity and empathy when handling safeguarding concerns
It would be great if you had:
- Experience within the education, awarding, or work‑based learning sector
- Understanding of Awarding Organisations and End‑point Assessment
- Designated Safeguarding Officer training
- Significant senior administrative experience requiring initiative and autonomy
- Experience preparing for regulatory inspections, particularly with Ofqual
