Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our 2-person team, responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across various premises. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles and possess a keen eye for detail.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial and residential spaces, including offices, washrooms, and communal areas, using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Ensure all surfaces, floors, windows, and fixtures are cleaned to company standards.
- Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to maintain a safe working environment.
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards identified during cleaning duties to management promptly.
- Adhere to scheduled cleaning routines and complete tasks within designated timeframes.
Required
- Full UK Driving license (Essential)
- Proven experience in Commercial/ Residential cleaning or Janitorial work.
- Based in Chelmsford
- Fluency in English (To a professional working proficiency)
Key Skills
- Experience with End-of-Tenancy cleaning.
- Experience using a Carpet Cleaning Machine.
- Experience with Cleaning Ovens.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality of work.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Physical stamina to perform manual tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Reliable with a professional attitude towards hygiene standards and confidentiality.
