This role is entirely office based and is not a remote nor hybrid opportunity.
This full time role is based in our bright and modern offices in Central Richmond, Surrey approximately 5 minutes walk from Richmond Train Station which is well served by Public Transport links. This is an entry level office-based role with plenty of scope for progression for a candidate who can prove themselves to be hard working, professional, dedicated and discreet with a motivated and positive attitude. A great introduction into an office environment, performing a role which relies on data entry, attention to detail, telephone and email communications, online searches and additional office duties and then progressing to the searches and checks associated with security and online media checks.
The Role:
- Carrying out social media background checks
- Data entry associated with the processing of criminal disclosures
- Updating of Excel spreadsheets in a accurate and timely manner.
- Updating our in house platforms and portals.
- Updating clients and their applicants via email and telephone in both a kind and professional manner.
- Working effectively within a busy, proactive team with a positive and vibrant outlook and be able to juggle a changing workload as and when needed.
- This is an office based role where data entry, attention to detail, teamwork, a proactive work ethic and polite communication are key. It may suit those who are keen to start their office based careers. All training is provided-we are looking for applicants who are enthusiastic and hard working, kind and professional

Skills:
- You must be professional and discreet at all times possessing a strong work ethic and yet have an ability to be kind, helpful , polite and collaborative in your approach to work.
- You must have excellent English Language skills both written and spoken in order to communicate in a clear, kind and confident manner with clients and their candidates - this is both via email and the telephone.
- Have a very keen eye for detail, be able to spot discrepancies and place that information into context.
- The role is fast paced and entirely office based-this is not a sales function nor is it customer facing. However there is constant communication via email and telephone with clients and applicants, our customer service must always be excellent!
- Able to work independently and also within the existing team-to help and team play when needed.
- Successful candidates must have a polite, clear and kind telephone manner, being both helpful and proactive as required.
- Be personally punctual and hard working - you must show up at the agreed times and communicate clearly and helpfully with the existing teams.
- We are looking for kind people who have gentle humour yet understand that politeness, professionalism and hard work are key to succeeding within any role.
