Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu selections or inquiries
- Take accurate orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen or barista station
- Prepare and serve beverages
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, counters, and service areas throughout your shift
- Restock supplies and ensure all equipment is functioning properly for optimal service
- Handle cash register transactions accurately and provide correct change
- Support team members during busy periods to ensure swift and friendly service
Experience
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are essential
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards is a plus but training will be provided
