Responsibilities

- Setting up and clearing tables, maintaining cleanliness in dining areas
- Supporting team members in various hospitality functions to ensure seamless service delivery
- Managing guest enquiries promptly and courteously to enhance overall experience
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth operation during busy periods
Experience
- Proven experience in hospitality, catering, or restaurant environments
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and food preparation techniques
- Experience working in hotels or similar guest-focused establishments is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of guest services principles and customer care excellence
- Previous roles involving culinary experience or catering are advantageous
- Ability to adapt quickly to different disciplines within the hospitality sector
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
