ZEN is looking for enthusiastic and compassionate individuals to join our team as Supply Teaching Assistants at a large primary school ) school in Fenham Newcastle. This is an excellent opportunity to work with learners aged 2-11 , Possible support for SEND maybe required including autism, ADHD, and other complex needs. No formal qualifications are required, and we encourage applications from all backgrounds, particularly those with experience in health and social care, sports coaching.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the class teacher and other Teaching Assistants to support students' learning and development.
- Promote positive behaviour and engagement in classroom activities.
- Assist with personal care needs as required.
- Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment for all students.
