We're looking for a HR Business Partner to join our Natural Resources, Nuclear & Energy team based in Sizewell Suffolk.
Location: Sizewell Suffolk - Hybrid working available - Travel required to site 3 days per week
Hours: 37.5 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

We're looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team, working closely with management to deliver an innovative and people-focused service. You'll play a key role in driving our people plan, supporting business strategy, and championing a positive workplace culture across our sites.
What will you be responsible for?
As a HR Business Partner, you'll be working within the Natural Resources, Nuclear & Energy team, supporting them in delivering effective people solutions aligned to business strategy. Your day to day will include:
- Leading Industrial and Employee Relations management, partnering with management teams, Trade Union representatives and client stakeholders
- Coordinating mobilisation of new business, managing people matters through premobilisation and contract setup
- Acting as a trusted partner to operational leads, bringing people expertise and developing solutions to help deliver business objectives
- Using data and metrics to inform change, drive decision making and resolve complex people challenges
- Championing Equality, Diversity & Inclusion throughout the business and supporting emerging talent programmes
What are we looking for?
This role of HR Business Partner is great for you if:
- You're a degree qualified (or qualified by experience) HR professional with business partnering experience in medium to large organisations
- You have demonstrable experience working with embedded trade union relationships and recognition agreements
- You possess excellent communication skills and can build influential relationships with senior stakeholders
- You have well developed employee engagement and employee relations skills with up to date knowledge of employment legislation
- You're delivery focused and pragmatic, able to flex your approach to meet diverse business needs
