We're looking for an experienced and passionate Bar Supervisor to join the opening team of our brand-new venue on Seel Street, Liverpool. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in launching a new bar, helping to build a strong team, deliver exceptional customer service, and create an unforgettable guest experience from day one.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience as a Bar Supervisor or in a senior bar role.
- Is cocktail trained and confident preparing a wide range of classic and contemporary cocktails.
- Leads by example and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Has excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Is organised, reliable, and passionate about hospitality.
- Can motivate and develop a team while maintaining high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising the bar team during service.
- Delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
- Preparing and serving premium cocktails, beers, wines, and spirits to a high standard.
- Completing opening and closing procedures.
- Cashing up tills and ensuring accurate end-of-day reconciliation.
- Managing stock levels, placing stock orders, and controlling wastage. -
Monitoring profits and losses by controlling costs, reducing waste, and maximising sales opportunities.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and licensing compliance. - Assisting with staff training and supporting new team members.
- Must be willing to follow orders
- Working closely with management to ensure the successful launch and ongoing operation of the venue.
