Vape Advisor – Part Time - 18+

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service and provide expert product advice.
- Build strong product knowledge to confidently support customers.
- Process purchases, exchanges, and refunds accurately.
- Maintain excellent store standards, including displays, cleanliness, and stock presentation.
- Assist with stock control, deliveries, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
- Work independently and as part of a team to ensure the smooth day to day running of the store.
- Contribute to store sales and KPI targets through excellent customer engagement.
Hours & Working Pattern
- Part-time role with a minimum of 16 hours per week (2 days).
- Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and provide additional cover when required.
About You
- Friendly, confident, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Organised with good attention to detail.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is desirable but not essential.
- No vaping experience is required – full training will be provided.
