We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our hotel.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing staff, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality. There is an on-call element to this role where the successful candidate will be required to stay on-site overnight.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage services, and maintenance.
- Lead and supervise staff
- Implement operational policies and procedures to optimise efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest enquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and courtesy.
- Foster a positive team environment that encourages professional development and teamwork.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners
Experience
- Proven supervising experience within the hospitality sector, preferably in hotel management roles.
- Extensive hotel experience demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of hotel operations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams effectively.
- Excellent guest service skills with a focus on delivering memorable experiences.
