Key Responsibilities
- Lead the room team and manage daily learning activities.
- Oversee observations, tracking assessments, and EYFS planning.
- Maintain a safe, organised, and high‑quality preschool environment.
- Build positive relationships with children and their families.
What You Need
- Level 3+ Early Years qualification (DfE‑approved).
- Strong EYFS framework and safeguarding knowledge.
- Experience leading a room or mentoring nursery staff.
- Confident communicator with a warm, positive approach.
