As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing the complete sales cycle, and closing high-value software development and AI projects.
You'll work closely with our leadership, solution architects, and engineering teams to deliver tailored technology solutions that address each client's unique business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities across the UK, Europe, and international markets.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach and discovery to proposal, negotiation, and contract signing.
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand business challenges and identify technology opportunities.
- Present Time2Launch's AI, software engineering, and digital transformation services to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with technical teams to prepare tailored commercial and technical proposals.
- Build strong relationships with C-level executives, founders, product owners, procurement teams, and key stakeholders.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management using CRM.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, networking events, and client meetings.
- Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities within AI, software development, and digital transformation.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in B2B IT Sales, Business Development, or Technology Consulting.
- Proven experience selling custom software development, IT services, software engineering, or AI solutions.
- Strong understanding of software development processes and digital product delivery.
- Experience managing complex B2B sales cycles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience engaging with senior decision-makers and enterprise clients.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
Preferred Experience
Experience in one or more of the following areas would be an advantage:
- AI and Generative AI solutions
- Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Staff Augmentation and Dedicated Development Teams
- Digital Transformation programmes
- Public sector procurement (G-Cloud, Crown Commercial Service, NHS frameworks)
- International software outsourcing or nearshore delivery
