Job Overview
We are looking for an assistant manager to join our team as we launch an exciting new competitive socialising venue in the southside of Glasgow. With pool, snooker, interactive darts, and karaoke on offer, Langside Social will be an entertainment hub requiring an organised assistant manager to support the venue GM.
Duties
- Assisting the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the venue
- Managing and promoting group bookings and private functions
- Maintaining controls on stock and placing orders
- Working with the GM to manage the team, assisted by the bar supervisors
- Maintaining high levels of customer service and food and drinks quality
Skills
- At least 2 years of bar management or supervisory experience
- Strong organisational skills and experience with paperwork
- Ability to lead a team and manage busy shifts
- Communication skills
Pay: £27,500.00-£30,000.00 per year
