Duties
- Assist the Spa Manager in overseeing daily spa operations, including scheduling, staffing, and resource management
- Lead and supervise a team of therapists and front desk staff to ensure top-quality service delivery
- Promote a positive team environment through effective communication, motivation, and leadership
- Manage retail sales by merchandising products effectively and encouraging guest purchases
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times
- Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and feedback with professionalism and courtesy
- Support sales initiatives by developing promotional strategies and upselling treatments or products
- Maintain organized administrative records including appointment schedules, staff logs, and inventory reports
Experience
- Proven management experience in a spa, wellness center, or retail environment with supervisory responsibilities
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for serving diverse clientele
- Demonstrated success in sales management and retail merchandising within a service-oriented setting
- Prior experience in customer service with exceptional phone etiquette and organizational skills
- Background in retail or hospitality management preferred; familiarity with scheduling software is advantageous
- Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and time management skills
